The 13th International Conference on Sustainable Energy Engineering and Applications 2026 (ICSEEA 2026).

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

• ICSEEA 2025 invites submission of the manuscript which focus on a specific topic of the conferences and/or related to the topic of “Resilient Transportation and Clean Energy: Shaping the Future of Sustainable Systems”
• All papers must be original, only English written papers are accepted, which is NOT simultaneously submitted/published/under consideration anywhere in other conferences/journals.
• All papers will be subjected to a peer review by a technical program committee.
• The plagiarism checks results should have a maximum similarity of 20 percent.
• After notification of acceptance, ICSEEA 2025 invites submission of the full manuscript by November 15th, 2025.
• Please submit your full paper based on the IEEE Conference Proceedings Template.
• Please ensure that all fonts are embedded, not as encrypted/secured file, and has no headers, footers, bookmarks, form fields, links, or annotation.
• After the camera-ready paper is submitted, and conference registration is paid, the committee will recommend authors to participate in special issue publication in the following journals:
  • Evergreen (Scopus Indexed)
  • Journal of Mechatronics, Electrical Power, and Vehicular Technology – MEV (SINTA and Scopus Indexed) *) (*to be confirmed)
• This option is available only for selected papers, based upon the quality of the submitted manuscripts. Authors are permitted to select only one publication option. In the meantime, the remaining selected papers will be published in the AIP Conference Proceeding.

• Resilient Transportation: Intelligent and resilient transportation systems, clean energy integration in land and marine transport, advanced ship design for extreme environments, vibration and noise reduction in vehicles, hydrodynamic analysis and simulation, energy-efficient propulsion systems, manufacturing and testing of transportation components, real-time control and monitoring systems, and safety and structural reliability in transport.
• Clean Energy: Alternative fuels including biofuel, biodiesel, ethanol, and e-fuels; energy conversion systems such as turbines, engines, and fuel cells; electrical systems for electric vehicles (EVs) and microgrids; smart energy management and grid integration; decarbonisation strategies using AI and IoT; waste and emission treatment technologies; hybrid energy system modeling; energy performance testing; and carbon capture, life cycle analysis, and environmental impact assessments.
• Green Manufacturing: Digital and smart manufacturing systems, green process design and resource efficiency, energy-efficient production technologies, recycling and circular economy solutions, automation and AI for manufacturing optimization, additive manufacturing and waste reduction, low-emission machining, and sustainable and low-carbon production systems.
