The IEEE Connecting the Unconnected Africa Summit 2025 (CTU Africa 25) will be held for the first time in Nigeria at Baze University, Abuja, on November 27-28. Under the theme "Bridging Digital Frontiers: African Solutions for Universal Connectivity," this pivotal summit serves as a catalyst for inclusive digital growth across the continent. The program features five core tracks: Infrastructure and Technologies; Policy, Regulation, and Financing; Rural and Community-Centric Innovations; Digital Transformation for Sectors such as eHealth and Agriculture; and Regional Cooperation for Cross-Border Initiatives. CTU Africa 25 is a premier forum for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to share groundbreaking solutions and forge collaborations that will finally connect the unconnected and drive Africa’s digital future.
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
- Research Paper (Original research with validated results)
- Case Study (Implementation experiences and lessons learned)
- Policy Paper (Analysis of regulatory frameworks and policy innovations)
- Industry Paper (Practical solutions and technologies deployment)
- Position Paper (Informed perspective on connectivity challenges)
- Papers that meet IEEE standards of SI not exceeding 20% will be published in IEEE Xplore.

Review Process
- All submissions will be peer-reviewed by at least two independent reviewers.
- Criteria for evaluation include originality, technical contribution, clarity, and relevance to the conference themes.
- Accepted papers must be presented at the conference. No-show papers will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore.
